2001 Survey

Instructions (Paper Version)

1. Download the survey by clicking the "2001 Short Line Survey" link below.
   • 2001 Short Line Survey (PDF, 70K)
   • 2001 Survey Glossary (PDF, 64K)
2. Print the survey. (File > Print)
3. Fill out the survey.
4. Mail the completed survey to:

   or fax it to (701)231-1945

Instructions (Computer Program)

The 2001 Short Line survey is also available as a computer program.

1. Download the computer program setup file by clicking "setup.exe". (setup.exe, 26.2 MB)
2. Click "Save".
3. Choose where to download the file.
4. Find and double click the file ("setup.exe") saved on your computer.
5. Following the directions to install the file.
6. Once the installation is complete, click file>new to begin the survey.
